WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Executive Assistant will aid SFCS Directors in scheduling and preparing meetings and appointments, maintain filles and calendars, prepare monthly board meeting packets, attend board meetings, and maintain recordkeeping/board communications. They will prepare presentations and reports for projects, manage office documentation, as well as track and implement the Agency’s strategic plan.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Our ideal candidate is proficient with a variety of responsibilities including Microsoft products, knowledge of online research, web analytics, database management experience, and drafting/editing correspondence. They must be able to work on Agency events both on-and off-site.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar position.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and critical thinking skills.
• Project management skills, ability to prioritize work independently and work well under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
• Ability to interact with Agency leadership and staff in a professional manner.
• Ability to attend educational/training seminars in various locations and run errands as needed.
• Proven record of ability to multitask and to complete assigned projects timely, efficiently and independently.
